Parrotdog
Wellington based Parrotdog Brewing Limited, famously headed by the three Matts (Kristofski, Warner & Stevens), hit the local craft beer scene with the hugely successful release of their first commercially brewed contract beer 'BitterBitch'.
With the turn of 2017 saw Parrotdog make their biggest move to date - from their small Vivian Street Brewery, to their new home out in Lyall Bay. With the new brewery now fully functioning, their cellar door, 'Nice. Takeaway' includes a 10 tap line-up, a walk-in chiller and finally the new Parrotdog Bar in which you can sit down and enjoy your favourite drop in pint form paired with one of their carefully curated, hot, deli-style sandwiches.
